Florida: FWC to Discuss Barracuda, Hogfish Regs in St. Petersburg

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will meet Nov. 16-17 in St. Petersburg. During the meeting, FWC staff will present http://on3publicrelations.cmail19.com/t/i-l-kkhhhld-huhiulhud-i/">final recommendations on an initiative to establish 14 new Critical Wildlife Areas (CWAs) and modify five existing CWAs.

Commissioners will discuss a http://on3publicrelations.cmail19.com/t/i-l-kkhhhld-huhiulhud-d/">proposed final rule that would create a slot limit for barracuda in South Florida. They will also review http://on3publicrelations.cmail19.com/t/i-l-kkhhhld-huhiulhud-h/">proposed rules affecting the size limit, bag limit and recreational season for hogfish in state waters.
