SAN ANTONIO, TX - The Association of Collegiate Anglers is excited to announce a new partnership with Tactacam and the new Fish-i camera for the 2020-2021 season. Tactacam looks to make the jump into college fishing by also introducing the Team Tactacam Program eligible to anglers competing on the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series. Fish-i cameras will also be used by ACA camera crew members at all events to capture unique angles to create one of a kind content from the events. The first event you'll see the cameras in action this season will be the BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship in late May at Florence, Alabama.
Tactacam has a storied history of making small, portable cameras designed for hunting and outdoor enthusiasts. The new Fish-i camera is targeted at the angling community. These cameras can be fixed to the windshield on your bass boat or wherever you would like to capture footage on the water. Fish-i cameras are WI-FI compatible, 100% waterproof, and feature direct power compatibility for all day recording. Backed by a one year warranty, this great new camera is a must-have for any angler looking to record and share their fishing adventures.
"We are delighted to be a part of the Association of Collegiate Anglers with our new product, Tactacam Fish-i, and excited to support a team of competitive collegiate anglers," said Jeff Peel, CEO of Tactacam. "Fish-i will change the way images are captured for fishermen in college competitions, other professional fishing competitions and for the everyday angler with its unparalleled features and very high image quality."
Along with the newly announced partnership, Tactacam will introduce the Team Tactacam Program. Anglers participating on the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series will be eligible to be selected for this exclusive sponsorship program for the 2020-2021 season. Selected team members will receive one free camera, cash, steep discounts, and have the opportunity to earn a variety of cash and gift cards based upon interaction and engagements.
