| February 17, 2017
LiT Coolers feature patented Night Sight LED liners in all its coolers, including the TS-300, a 22-quart capacity model that also includes corner 'Ice Legs' for longer ice retention.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — LiT Coolers, known for its patented Night Sight technology, filed an action in U.S. Circuit Court in the Northern District of Alabama against Visual Promotions, LLC and Wildwood Trading, Inc. (formerly known as Frio Coolers, Inc.) alleging infringement of LiT Coolers' U.S Patent No. 8,931,910 for a Container Apparatus. The case has been settled and Visual Promotions, LLC and Wildwood Trading, Inc. have stopped manufacturing and selling the allegedly infringing cooler. Visual Promotions, LLC and Wildwood Trading, Inc. deny any liability for infringement, and nothing in the settlement may be interpreted as an admission of liability.

LiT Coolers CEO Donald Howell stated, "We are pleased with the results of this settlement. LiT Coolers will defend its intellectual property that the company has worked so hard to develop."

No additional details are available regarding the settlement. LiT Coolers will not provide any further comment on this matter.
The patented Night Sight LED liner featured with every LiT cooler fully illuminates the contents without compromising precious cooler space. LiT coolers also feature integrated 'Ice Legs' for better ice retention and a fully customizable logo window.
